The Company Bench of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh has recently admitted the merger scheme between three (3) interconnected power sector companies.
The merger scheme was placed before the Hon’ble High Court Division. The Court has admitted the merger application and passed ancillary orders.
