Our Senior Associates, Advocate Maliha Ahmed and Barrister Ameer Faysal, Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh, conducted an awareness seminar on workplace sexual harassment, violence and discrimination for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Bangladesh.
The session focused on the practical responsibilities of employees, senior management and Complaint Settlement Committee members in creating a safe and respectful workplace. A key part of the discussion addressed conduct that may amount to sexual harassment and how complaints should be handled with sensitivity, independence and due process.
