21.08.2024: The creation of the Interim Government in Bangladesh has caused many to pull out their constitutional hairs. Questions have been raised about the legitimacy of the Interim Government.
The international development community is closely monitoring the political landscape of Bangladesh. Our Managing Partner, Barrister Junayed Chowdhury has recently advised a major international development organization on the legitimacy of the Interim Government. The advice concluded that the Interim Government is legitimate under the laws of Bangladesh.
