Vertex Chambers has recently represented the celebrated Bangladeshi Healthcare NGO Gonoshasthaya Kendra (GK) in a Civil Revision before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh arising out of a dispute concerning the validity of trust deeds.
The Petitioner had previously obtained a Rule staying the operation of the trust deeds which hampered the management of GK. On behalf of GK, we contested the matter on the grounds of suppression of material facts.
Upon hearing the parties, the High Court Division discharged the Rule, dismissed the Civil Revision and vacated the stay granted earlier.
