4.12.2019: We successfully represented the World Bank Group (WBG) in an application for striking out the name of WBG as a respondent from a writ petition filed by a non-government organization. The High Court Division by its order dated 21.11.2019 struck out the name of WBG from the said writ petition. Vertex Chambers Managing Partner, Junayed Ahmed Chowdhury represented WBG in this case.
