Advised a leading NGO on a substantial opinion dealing with payment of advance income tax (tax amount BDT 100 crore plus).

Assisted and advised an international NGO on restructuring, reforming and drafting its human resource policy and other employment law issues.

Advising another US-based NGO (Teach For Bangladesh) on the reporting requirements of the NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) including preparation and filing of its FD-6 Form, advising on the restructuring of its internal fund flow arrangement in line with the requirements of the NGOAB and assisting in formulating standard model contracts for engaging fellows, teachers and other professionals, etc.

Advised a leading micro-credit organization in Bangladesh (RDRS) on amending its rules and regulations.
